The company has three funds namely; Ata Fund I, Ata Fund II, Ata Fund III, and there is the Ata Resources JV.
• Ata Fund I
Fund I is a perpetual fund that seeks long-term returns for investors through deep-value BEE investment opportunities that unlock active capital for BEE investors.
• Ata Fund II
The Fund II is aimed at providing liquidity to the BEE market and liberating active capital for BEE investors. The fund is fully invested in seven investments.
• Ata Fund III
Fund III is currently investing and focused on primary and secondary BEE deal opportunities. It will leverage off the tested investment techniques applied in its predecessor funds to identify deep-value and sustainable investment opportunities.

Ata Resources JV is an currently investing and is an alternative mining finance and private equity joint venture between Acrux Resources and Ata Capital.
